1、改進(jìn)重慶升降貨梯液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，經(jīng)過(guò)多次論證，最后采用先進(jìn)的優(yōu)先閥與負(fù)荷傳感全液壓轉(zhuǎn)向器形式，新系統(tǒng)能夠按照轉(zhuǎn)向要求，優(yōu)先向其分配流量，無(wú)論負(fù)載大小、方向盤(pán)轉(zhuǎn)速高低均能保證供油充足，剩余部分可全部供給工作裝置回路使用，從而消除了由于轉(zhuǎn)向回路供油過(guò)多而造成功率損失，提高了系統(tǒng)效率，降低了液壓泵的工作壓力。

2、優(yōu)化重慶升降貨梯動(dòng)臂油缸和液壓泵造型，降低系統(tǒng)工作壓力。通過(guò)優(yōu)化計(jì)算，動(dòng)臂油缸采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列80/4，液壓油泵排量由10ml/r提高為14ml/r，系統(tǒng)調(diào)定壓力為14MPa，滿足了動(dòng)臂油缸舉升力和速度要求。
